This seminar covers relevant regulations, pronouncements, practice notes and other guidance recently issued in the auditing area. Allan has over twenty years of extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering various kinds of learning programmes, including technical skills, leadership and management skills, risk skills, facilitation skills and professional image.
Prior to becoming an independent training consultant, Allan was appointed as the Director and Head of Learning & Development Division of Horwath Hong Kong Group. He was mainly responsible for the set-up of the Division and design, development and delivery of technical and management development programmes to professionals and corporate clients. Previously, he was a Senior Manager with the National Learning Division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, managing various national learning projects for the whole China firm.
Allan holds a Master of Arts in Japanese Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Science Degree in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester, a Postgraduate Certificate in Lifelong Education from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong. He is also an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), a certified administrator of the FIRO-B® and FIRO Business™ Instrument and a Registered Corporate Coach.
